Sanatan Digital Mission provides digital solutions including but not limited to:
- Temple website and digital profile management.
- Online seva, booking, and donation systems.
- Live darshan streaming integration.
- Administrative tools for temple committees and ashrams.
3. Institution Verification
All temples, ashrams, and spiritual institutions must undergo a verification process. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that cannot provide authentic documentation or is found to be misrepresenting a Sanatan institution.
4. Use of Content
Institutions retain ownership of their sacred content, logos, and history. By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on the Sanatan Digital Mission platform for the purpose of promotion and service delivery.
5. Donations & Payments
All donations made through our platform are directed to the respective institution's bank accounts. Sanatan Digital Mission acts as a facilitator. Refund policies for donations or bookings are governed by the individual institution's rules unless otherwise specified.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users and institutions are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Posting offensive, misleading, or non-spiritual content.
- Attempting to disrupt the security or integrity of our digital infrastructure.
- Impersonating other sacred institutions or officials.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, Sanatan Digital Mission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered institutions and updated on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bharat. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the mission's primary office is located.
